Professional Maintenance of Your Jewelry
We will repair, service and clean any jewelry we have made. We do not repair or clean jewelry not purchased from Black Mountain Gallery & BMGNC.com. If anything was to happen to your jewelry while in our care, we want to be able to repair or restore it to its previous status. We cannot guarantee this service with items purchased elsewhere, thus we do not accept any item we have not made ourselves.
Repairs
Charges for repairs are based upon the amount of labor and material needed to fix the jewelry. Once the extent of the repairs required is determined, you will be contacted with an account of proposed fees. You will also be informed if the repairs are more costly than purchasing a new item. Once you have decided to have the repairs done, replace the item or have the jewelry returned to you unrepaired; then we will proceed with your request. Cleaning is included in the repair process at no extra charge. In addition to the repair fees, return shipping, handling and insurance fees will be added. (Shipping, handling and insurance fees are determined by the retail replacement value.)
